Who Needs Starbucks? Make Your Own Vanilla Latte

Ever taken the time to add up the amount of money you spend a year on coffee? Bet you'd be shocked if you did!
With a little patience and effort you can have a gourmet latte everyday in your very own home.

Here's what you'll need:
Ground Espresso (2 liquid ounces)
Vanilla syrup (2 tablespoons)
Milk (1 cup)

Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top and there you have it!
That's one delicious latte!

Now all you need is a cozy chair and a good book...ahh...

  1. Hi Amy, Thank you so much for visiting me! Your latte looks so good and we have a milk frother just like the one you have! We live to make our drinks at home too and it saves so much money. The kids love to make their own hot chocolate and then froth milk to pour on top! Wishing you a wonderful week! Angie xo

  2. Looks delish- and I don't even like coffee! You are so thrifty.

  3. I need to get one of those Ikea froth machines. Your latte looks divine. :)

  4. Good job! You had provided good content to read.... ;) :)

High-Waisted Sash Skirt {Tutorial}

Ok so I'm officially on a skirt kick as this is my third one in 2 weeks. With spring in the air I just can't help but want to live in spring things! This diy skirt is similar to the other one I did but this one has a sash and is fuller...which I think is way fun! To purchase this exact fabric go to my etsy shop! If you're not up for making it you're in luck! I now sell it on my etsy shop too! You should also check it out on my friend over at Stylish Petite!

Sweet as a Berry Little Girl Dress {tutorial}

With Valentine's day lurking around the corner it's only natural for a blogger like myself to begin thinking of cute ways to incorporate the holiday. When I came across this strawberry fabric I fell in love with it's sweetness and decided that I would make my daughter a Valentine's day inspired dress. You may remember my Valentine's day inspired onesie from last year...Now if only my daughter would get up and walk in it instead of scoot around on her booty getting the beautiful fabric all dirty! Sigh...someday!

This might possibly be the easiest skirt you'll ever make! And it comes fully equipped with pockets! One minute you have a few yards of fabric and the next (well maybe a few hours later) you have an adorable skirt! I think I'll be make lots more of these guys :)
