Fabric Bunting {tutorial}

I have been seeing this stuff everywhere and every time I do I think it looks so cute!
I had no particular use for it but I just couldn't resist making it...I'm sure I'll find something to do with it ;)

Here's what you'll need:
About 5 coordinating fat quarters or scraps
Something to trace a circle
A pen
Sewing machine or Serger
Ribbon

Trace circles. I did two of each fabric.

Fold the circle in half and cut.

Serge or stitch around the circle. Turn inside out and iron flat.

Lay out your ribbon to whatever length you find desirable.
Lay the raw edge of the half circle half way onto the ribbon and fold over the other half of the ribbon on top of the half circle. Stitch one long stitch all the way down the ribbon, adding a half circle every few inches.
That's really it. Hang it somewhere where you can appreciate it's cuteness :)

Happy Crafting!
